The produce and technical team members of our team are all doctors and masters graduated from chemistry major of key universities with more than 10 years’ experience in the development and application of lubricating oil and additives.

These team members are experts of enjoying the State Council allowance, senior engineers of professor level, senior engineers, etc., and we have also established long term cooperation of technical and application with these professional research institutes and important customers both of domestic and abroad.


Mr. Wang Zeen Graduated from the Department of Chemistry of Lanzhou University. Professor level senior engineer with nearly 40 years of experience in the development and application of lubricants and additives and production management.	Dr. Zhang Dongheng Ph.D. of Polymer Chemistry and Physics in Chinese Academy Sciences Chemistry Institute. Senior engineer, has nearly 20 years of experience in the development and application of lubricating oil additives and new lubricating materials.	Mr. Wei Guanwei Master of Polymer chemistry and physics in Nankai University. Senior engineer with 15 years of experience in the research, development and application of lubricant additives such as Viscosity Index Improver, pour point depressant, antirust, etc.

Mr. Kong Lingjie Master of Chemistry in Fudan University. Senior engineer with nearly 15 years of experience in the research, development and application of lubricant additives such as Viscosity Index Improver and pour point depressant.	Dr. Liu Gongde Ph.D. of Polymer Science and Engineering in Sichuan University. Senior engineer, received special government subsidies from The State Council. Dr. Liu has nearly 30 years of experience in the development and application of lubricating oils and additives.
